Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking and delivery of wellness, counselling, coaching, meditation-support, individual sessions, family sessions, and online meeting services offered by CalmoraGalle. By using this website, booking a session, making a payment, or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or book services.

2. Nature of Services

CalmoraGalle provides wellness-oriented support, counselling, guided reflection, meditation support, personal-development conversations, and family-support meetings.

  • Individual wellness or counselling sessions.
  • Family, relationship, or group counselling meetings.
  • Online sessions by Zoom or another approved video-conferencing platform.
  • In-person sessions, where offered.
  • General resources, education, and wellbeing information available through this website.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by a properly qualified and licensed healthcare professional, these services are not emergency medical care, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, diagnosis, or treatment for a medical or mental-health disorder. No information on this website, in an email, in a message, or during a session should be treated as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a physician, psychiatrist, licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

3. Emergencies and Crisis Support

ur services are not designed for emergencies, immediate crisis situations, or situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or another person. Do not use this website, email, text messages, or Zoom booking as a way to seek urgent help. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, believe someone may be harmed, or require urgent medical or psychiatric assistance:

  • Call your local emergency number immediately.
  • Go to the nearest emergency department or hospital.
  • Contact a qualified crisis service in your country or region.
  • Contact a trusted family member, friend, doctor, or local mental-health professional.

4. Eligibility and Client Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services for yourself, unless we have agreed in writing to work with a minor and the legally required consent of a parent or legal guardian has been obtained. By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are participating voluntarily.
  • You understand the nature and limits of the service.
  • You will inform us if you are currently receiving medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other professional care that may be relevant to your participation.
  • You will not attend a session while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that substantially affects your ability to participate safely and appropriately.
  • You will behave respectfully toward the Practitioner and other participants.

We may decline, pause, reschedule, or end services where we reasonably believe that services are not appropriate, safe, or within our professional scope, or where referral to another service is appropriate.

5. Session Types and Fees

The following standard fees apply unless a different fee is agreed in writing before the appointment: Individual / Personal Session: $200 per meeting. Family Session: $400 per meeting.
The session duration is 60 minutes. Any additional time, extended sessions, reports, letters, preparation, or other services are only provided if agreed in advance and may be charged separately. All prices are stated in USD. Any applicable taxes, payment-processing fees, or currency-conversion fees will be shown or communicated where applicable.

6. Booking and Payment

Appointments may be booked through our website, by email, or through another booking method approved by CalmoraGalle. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or no later than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received or written confirmation has been issued by us.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed on the website or provided during booking.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that you have authorization to use the chosen payment method.

If payment is not received by the required time, we may cancel or release the appointment time.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact CallmoraGalle as early as possible.

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled, subject to availability, or refunded where applicable.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 100% of the session fee.
  • If you do not attend a booked session, arrive too late to reasonably complete the session, or fail to join an online meeting without notice, the session may be treated as a missed appointment and charged in full.
  • If you arrive late, the session will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time. CallmoraGalle is not required to extend the session.
  • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in advance payment being required for future bookings or may lead to services being discontinued.

CallmoraGalle may waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances at its discretion, but is not required to do so.

8. Online Sessions and Zoom

Online sessions may be provided through Zoom or another video-conferencing platform selected by CallmoraGalle.

By booking or attending an online session, you understand and agree that:

  • Online sessions use internet-based technology and may involve privacy, security, technical, or connectivity risks.
  • You are responsible for joining the session from a private and safe location where others cannot overhear the conversation, unless their attendance has been agreed in advance.
  • You should use a private and secure internet connection where possible and avoid public Wi-Fi, shared devices, and employer-managed devices.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your device, camera, microphone, software, and internet connection are working before the session begins.
  • You must not record, photograph, screen-capture, livestream, or share any part of a session without prior written permission from CallmoraGalle and the consent of every participant.
  • If a connection fails, CallmoraGalle may attempt to reconnect through Zoom, telephone, email, or another agreed contact method.
  • If technical problems prevent the session from continuing, CallmoraGalle will use reasonable efforts to reschedule remaining time where practical. Refunds are not guaranteed for technical problems outside our reasonable control.

Before an online session, CallmoraGalle may request your current physical location and an emergency contact person. This information may be used if a serious safety concern arises during an online meeting.

9. Family and Group Sessions

Family, relationship, and multi-person sessions require cooperation, respect, and informed participation by every person involved.

For family or group sessions:

  • Every adult participant must agree to these Terms and Conditions before attending.
  • The booking client is responsible for ensuring that invited participants understand the meeting time, service fee, and participation requirements.
  • CallmoraGalle may request separate consent forms or information from each participant before the meeting.
  • CallmoraGalle cannot guarantee that information shared by one participant will remain private from other participants after the session ends.
  • Participants must not threaten, harass, intimidate, insult, pressure, discriminate against, or abuse one another during a session.
  • CallmoraGalle may pause, reschedule, or end a family session if conduct becomes unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or unsuitable.
  • CallmoraGalle may decide that individual sessions, a different format, or referral to another professional is more appropriate than a joint family session.

Where a session includes a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide any legally required consent before the minor participates.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

CallmoraGalle will treat personal information shared during sessions with care and respect. However, confidentiality is not absolute.

Information may be disclosed where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, including where CallmoraGalle reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to:

  • Prevent a serious or immediate risk of harm to you or another person.
  • Respond to a legal obligation, court order, subpoena, or regulatory requirement.
  • Report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or another situation where reporting is required by law.
  • Protect the legal rights, safety, property, staff, or clients of CallmoraGalle.
  • Obtain appropriate professional supervision, consultation, legal advice, or administrative support, subject to suitable confidentiality obligations where applicable.

Please read our separate Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store, protect, and retain personal data.

11. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Wellness support, counselling, meditation guidance, reflective conversations, and family-support sessions may be helpful, but results vary between individuals and families.

CallmoraGalle does not guarantee any particular result, including improvements in relationships, communication, wellbeing, emotional state, stress, family conflict, personal circumstances, or decision-making.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing, and use of information discussed during sessions or presented on this website.

12. Medical and Mental-Health Referrals

CallmoraGalle may recommend that you seek support from another qualified professional or service, including a doctor, psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, psychiatrist, social worker, lawyer, domestic-violence service, addiction specialist, crisis service, or emergency service.

A referral or recommendation does not make CallmoraGalle responsible for the availability, actions, advice, decisions, conduct, or services of any third party.

You should seek appropriate medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, or other professional support whenever your needs are outside the scope of CallmoraGalle services.

13. Respectful Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Threaten, harass, discriminate against, abuse, or intimidate the Practitioner, staff, or other participants.
  • Attend a session while intoxicated or impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or other substances.
  • Record, photograph, screen-capture, publish, distribute, or share session content without written permission and the consent of all participants.
  • Use CallmoraGalle services for unlawful purposes.
  • Share another person’s private information without a lawful basis or their consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, booking system, payment system, Zoom meeting, video platform, or related systems.
  • Use the website or services in a way that damages, disrupts, overloads, or interferes with CallmoraGalle systems or services.

CallmoraGalle may immediately end a session or refuse future bookings if these rules are breached.

You may use website content for your personal, non-commercial wellbeing purposes only.

16. Limitation of Liability

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the website or services.

17. Ending Services

You may stop using CallmoraGalle services at any time, subject to the payment, cancellation, and missed-session rules in these Terms and Conditions.

CallmoraGalle may pause or end services where we reasonably believe that:

  • Continuing the service is not appropriate or safe.
  • You require another type or level of professional support.
  • A conflict of interest exists.
  • Fees remain unpaid.
  • You have breached these Terms and Conditions.
  • We are unable to continue services because of legal, ethical, professional, technical, or practical reasons.

Where appropriate, CallmoraGalle may provide general information about alternative services or referrals. CallmoraGalle is not required to continue providing services after they have ended.

18. Changes to These Terms

CallmoraGalle may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will be published on this website with an updated effective date.

Updated Terms and Conditions apply to future use of the website and future bookings. Where a material change affects an already-confirmed booking, CallmoraGalle will take reasonable steps to notify you where appropriate.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, unless mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws require otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, this website, or CallmoraGalle services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
